The power &quot;to establish post offices and post roads&quot; is in the US Constitution for a reason:  Benjamin Franklin put it there.  The mails have bound the United States together for all of their existence.  The Post Office&#039;s demise will coincide with the nation&#039;s, both of which I agree, are close at hand.]]></description>
